What does your organisation really think of your PMO?
Validate your view and understand the organisations perceptions
As a PMO leader, you want to know if what you and your PMO are doing is valued by the organisation, you want a seat at the table, you want reassurance that you are developing your department in the right direction, and you want to make sure you are doing all that you can to build a great future for your PMO (and of course yourself!)
To achieve that, you want to be seen as a valued and trusted business partner and not as the process police, but you are not sure even sure if that is what the organisation is looking for.
And here's the challenge: You will have a view on how you and your function perform, but at the end of the day, it's not your perception that matters; it's the perception of the people you and your team interact with, your peers, your sponsors, your stakeholders, and the project managers in your organisation. It is their perceptions that are the reality of the environment you are working in.
The details of those perceptions is what the PMO360 Diagnostic can deliver for you, and without this human-centric data you are making decisions without a vital part of the information.
By understanding how others perceive your function, you can develop a plan to deliver the PMO that your organisation and your team deserve and need.
More than that, you need to be able to get this information quickly and easily without placing a huge burden on the people whose input you need. You also need a timely, unbiased analysis that provides you with a rich picture that you can use as the basis for action and to measure your progress. We know that in the past this has been an almost impossible task.
Our unique approach to getting you this picture is fast, flexible and facilitated by experts. Our objective methods that minimise bias are built on three components:
- Extensive Experience across a range of sectors and industries
- Substantial Research on Trust and Value to organisations
- The innovative MQ Platform that allows almost real-time analysis of human-centric data such as feelings and perceptions, in an open and transparent way
All this allows you to identify and get ahead of problems earlier and validate your suspicions about how the organisation views your PMO. This, in turn, further builds the value your PMO brings to the organisation and their trust in what you deliver for them.

Initial consultation: We will discuss what you are looking to achieve, who we are involving, details of the process, the timeline, and how we are going to communicate this to your organisation.
Data Collection: The people we are surveying get an email with an easy-to-fill-out survey that should only take a few minutes of their time to complete
Data Analysis: We do our thing and prepare for our next conversation
Feedback and co-creation of an action plan: We meet with you, review the results of the survey, and together we develop an action plan
Final Report: We write a final report for you that includes the action plan we developed together
Then What?
Once we have co-created the action plan with you, you can decide which actions you take forward and how. As part of the action planning, we will be able to help you analyse what, if any, additional resources and capabilities you will need to deliver the plan. Depending on these requirements, we would be able to support you or recommend people from our trusted network as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How much does the PMO360 diagnostic cost?
That depends on the size and scale of your PMO. Prices start from £5000 - How long does it take to get a final report?
We will agree on the exact timelines with you. You are the expert in how quickly we will be able to get the data from your organisation, your availability and what else we need to plan around. To give you an indication, on average, once we have the data, it takes us a week to prepare your report - Why does capturing Human Centric Data Matter?
The extent to which our departments succeed or fail is down to our people and they way they think, behave and act. That is based on their feelings, beliefs and perceptions. We tend to work in logical and rational systems and processes, and as a PMO are often guardians and promoters of those systems and processes. We also know that it is how people interact with and apply our systems and processes that determines how well they work. So, if we do not measure the human-centric data, we will be making decisions with only part of the picture in front of us. - How do you manage Privacy and Confidentiality?
The MeetingQuality Platform is designed to comply fully with GDPR and CCPA. Informed consent is confirmed when people complete the PMO360 Diagnostic, and they have a forget me option for future emails. Pseudonymisation is used for all personal data, and no special category data is collected. The data servers are in the USA and all communication with them is via a system of one-time passwords. Full details of our compliance policies are available on request. - I’ve got a question you have not covered here, what should I do?
