But you have never done this before and part of you is worried that you won’t be any good at it.  The big question that keeps popping up is ‘can I do this?’ You want to be successful but you don’t know how.

  • What kind of leader are you going to be?
  • How are you going to balance your role as a leader with doing the work you love to do and maintain your status as an expert at it?

Working with me starts with a conversation.  We’ll chat about your situation and what you are looking to get out of coaching and you will have the chance to ask me any questions you like.  We’ll then decide what is the best development option for you and then get started!
